Description
This report examines the security of energy infrastructure as a complex system requiring integrated management of different types of risks. The main vulnerabilities related to technological, cyber, and organizational factors are analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the need to enhance cyber resilience and the reliability of critical systems. Contemporary approaches to risk management under conditions of increasing complexity are also considered. In conclusion, proposals for improving strategic and operational practices are formulated.
