Description
The report explores the possibilities for applying artificial intelligence in EU funds management information systems, interpreting them through the prism of algorithmic management. The main thesis is that the implementation of AI leads to a qualitative transformation from administrative and expert-based management to automated management solutions based on data and algorithms. On this basis, an analytical framework for the transition is proposed, and the potential risks associated mainly with a lack of transparency and algorithmic bias are also discussed.
