The concept of extended corporate social responsibility is explored in the context of increasing demands on companies to manage not only their own activities, but also the effects along the entire supply chain. The analysis focuses on the role of organizations in ensuring sustainable practices, including compliance with social and environmental standards by suppliers and partners. Special attention is paid to new regulatory frameworks and management approaches that require the integration of sustainability principles into the selection, assessment and control processes of supply chains. On this basis, the main challenges and opportunities facing companies in the context of increased demands and expectations for corporate social responsibility are outlined.
