This report analyzes the role of corporate social responsibility in the formation and development of human capital in organizations, emphasizing employee well-being as a fundamental and mandatory stage in achieving sustainable organizational development. The analysis examines contemporary approaches through which companies integrate mental health policies, work-life balance and employee engagement within their CSR strategies. On this basis, it is argued that employee well-being, in addition to being part of corporate social responsibility, is also becoming an indispensable part of the strategic resource of the business organization for increasing productivity, innovation potential and long-term competitiveness of organizations.
