Description
This paper presents a method for evaluating the machining accuracy and process stability of the gear cutting and gear hobbing of cylindrical gears. Through statistical analysis and the use of mathematical evaluation criteria, the stability of the machining process has been established. This makes it possible to determine the optimal setup parameters and predict the maximum number of parts that can be produced with the initial setup of the machining system.
