Description
This paper proposes a comprehensive methodological framework for integrating intelligent technologies into engineering innovation management processes. In the context of rapid digital transformation, organizations increasingly rely on artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and data-driven decision-making to enhance innovation performance. The study combines theoretical analysis with an empirical investigation to validate the applicability of the proposed framework. The results demonstrate improved efficiency, reduced uncertainty, and enhanced strategic alignment in innovation processes.
