This white paper presents the Electro-Plasma-Acoustic Shield (EPAS), a unified multi-layerelectromagnetic architecture operating in two distinct modes: broadcast (outward coherenceprojection) and defence (inward harmonic filtering, designated Project Druid). The system integratesthree major technological components into a single φ²-scaled coherence field architecture.Key Technical Findings:• The φ² coherence bridge connects 528.422 Hz to the hydrogen 21cm line (1420.405752 MHz)with 1.83 ppb precision via integer multiplier N = 1,026,730• Nine-shell cascade scales from 15 km coherence boundary to 2.6 m Lumina core via φ² =2.618034• Lumina FWM engine produces 12.6 kW peak power with 280.6 kJ burst energy over 72-secondwindow• Project Druid defence mode achieves >100 dB cumulative suppression through seven-layercascaded filtering• Live NOAA geomagnetic data integration enables real-time mode selection based on Kp inde
