Description
The main elements of electromagnetic protection (EP) such as ensuring electromagnetic compatibility measures, communication equipment protection measures, electromagnetic radiation management, preventive countermeasures against enemy radio intelligence have been examined. A definition, basic terms and the architecture of software-defined radio (SDR) have been given. A concept for adding electromagnetic protection functions to the structure of a communication system, built on the SDR platform, has been proposed
